Contracting, Real Estate & Media Industry. They are pioneer in Civil, Electrical, Trenchless 

Tecnology for Telecom, Earthwork & Minning and Road Contracts. Have have established 

there Real Estate Ventures in Layout Plot Promotions, Villa &  Appartment Developments, 

Land Banking Aggregators. KSR Realty is sister concern of RAJA GROUPS. 

 

Our Chairman’s son Dr. K.Surender Raj is a self-grown entrepreneur who has his own 

real estate organization as well as director of various other companies. He has a wide 

range of experience in various industries such as real estate, travel and telecom. 

He has been recognized with ‘Young Entrepreneur award’ by PSG college of Technology. 

Additionally, he has been recently awarded Doctorate in social services by Universal Tamil university, Madurai.
